Gale Gorke, Kids Kan, Inc.
Passionate individuals can sometimes be problematic, but when they possess a willingness to see the other side, they become effective in helping diverse groups come to solutions that are equitable, creative and productive. How do we hold true to our beliefs and still come to effective collaboration and compromise? How then do we develop the means to agree to disagree and still find viable solutions to the problems we face together? In this workshop participants will examine their own biases and prejudices and practice the skills of collaboration and compromise taught in order to become effective team leaders and members
