What Are Students Learning in Out-of-School Time? Mentoring Students’ Progress

In the busy day-to-day managing of out-of-school time programs, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. The most successful OST programs intentionally develop activities and evaluate the impact those activities have on students, all while designing or adapting measurement systems that monitor student progress and support continuous program improvement. This presentation will explore a process through which programs can develop and implement a monitoring system to assess student learning.
