Have you ever had an idea about increasing enrollment or participation in a particular class, or had a conversation with colleagues about improving collaboration across sites or programs? Have you brainstormed ideas about strengthening staff development? That’s CQI! Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) encourages programs to continuously ask, “How are we doing and how can we be better?” You may not realize, but you are facilitating CQI conversations every time you meet with staff to ask questions about development areas and make suggestions for program improvement. In this session, participants will learn how to create a formal CQI process and report for their team to enhance their program and stay on top of the trends.
